Very positive experience from start to finish. After assessing the damage to my roof, caused by high winds, Peters Roofing submitted a comprehensive report and proposal to my insurance company and worked with them over a few weeks and through multiple adjusters to get the work approved. Greg was extremely professional from start to finish and even came out to supervise the crew while the work was in progress. The crew was skilled and the quality of the work was excellent. They took great care to insure my home was protected during the roof replacement and the entire work area was left clean. I also asked them to come out a repair a piece of siding that was damaged by a neighbor’s contractor which they were happy to accommodate. I would recommend the Peter’s Roofing team.

From our first meeting with Tony and Heidi to the completion of our roof I can’t say enough good things. I contacted Tony due to recent storm damage to my roof and home. Tony responded almost immediately and made arrangements to come assess the damage. He was accommodating to my schedule and came on time with his partner Heidi. Both Tony and Heidi were extremely honest and upfront about the process of submitting a claim through my insurance company and promised to work diligently to ensure our roof was fully covered. After submitting our initial claim the whole process went smoother than I could have imagined as Tony and Heidi stayed on top of the insurance company to make sure everything was being processed appropriately. Tony and Heidi were both present when the claim investigator came to make sure nothing was missed. Our claim was approved and we picked our new shingles. Tony was very knowledgeable of the product. We scheduled an installation date in October but Tony advised me they had an opening and we were able to get our roof completed earlier than expected. On the day of install the crew showed up on time and got to work. The crew did a great job of making sure things around my house were protected and cleaned as they installed the roof. To my surprise, the job was finished in one day. Tony followed up with me after the install to make sure we were satisfied with the work and product. Which we were! Our new roof and the repairs made to the fascia look great. If you have suffered storm damage to your roof/home or need a new roof I strongly encourage you to consider Peter’s Roofing & Gutters.

They communicated with my insurance, their team showed up on time every time, even fixed a small issue I had later to guarantee 100% quality.

I had a roof installed by Peter's Roofing and Gutters on August 30, 2022. My contact person from the initial roof inspection through the completion of the job was Tony Dambrosio who deserves most of the credit for the quality job that was performed. He was professional and knowledgeable. Additional credit for a job well done goes to Kevin (Tony's assistant) who played a part in ensuring everything was done correctly. The initial roof inspection was an hour long and very detailed as opposed to other roofers who spend only a few minutes on an inspection. Every time I had a question for Tony he returned the call or text the same day. Between the initial inspection ad the roof installation Tony returned a couple of times to take additional measurements and discuss other installation issues such as venting options and shingle selection. The crew arrived on time as promised on the scheduled installation day and began work immediately. Tony supervised the crew the entire day and even had them replace a few imperfect shingles so that all the newly installed shingles were perfect. Afterwards I looked at the alignment and placement of the shingles and they were laid out perfectly. All quality materials were used including GAF shingles and TopShield SecureGrip 30 Synthetic Roof Underlayment. Price for the new roof was reasonable. I'm very happy with the new roof.

Earlier this summer we had our roof done by Peter's Roofing and Gutters. We worked with Matt as our primary contact and he was extremely professional. He walked us through the whole process and promptly answered all of our questions/texts/phone calls. The work was done on time as promised and the crew took extensive care to ensure that the clean up was perfect. We had a fantastic experience. From the beginning, Stephen was very responsive and informative. He helped us work with insurance after storm damage, the team worked quickly and efficiently during installation, and the new roof looks beautiful! Absolutely recommend using them!
In July of 2020 we had hail damage to our roof. We had several different roofing companies tell us we needed a new roof, but our insurance company turned us down twice, saying that the damage didn't exceed our deductible and the other roofers didn't dispute it. Then we started to have leaks every time it rained in 4 different spots. By 2022 we were at our wits end and one of our neighbors recommended Peters because they replaced her roof from the same storm back in 2020. We called and Steve came out. At this point, we just wanted it fixed even if the insurance company wouldn't cover it. Right away Steve told us that they no longer make our shingles and the whole roof would need to be replaced. He assured us that he would work with the insurance company to get it covered. And after several months of back and forth disputing with our insurance company, not only did he get them to pay for the roof they should have back in 2020, but he also got them to replace our gutters which had also been damaged! Waiting for almost 2 years caused us to have more damage in the sub roofing material, but now it's all repaired and we couldn't be happier with the results! Steve and Joe were wonderful and really new their stuff, and kept us calm through the process- which in our case was tough to do. LOL! We would definitely recommend Peters Roofing to everyone!
Really professional, thanks to Greg he came in and walked me thru the whole process from beginning to the end, Everything went on exactly how it was explain the work was done on time the crew was amazing getting the old roof off and laying out the new one, the clean up part was even better they kept going around and around the whole house picking up all the debri and to me that was really important. When the job was done we walked the whole roof, the attention to detail it is amazing they really went above and beyond the service, I’m really really happy with the service I’ll recommend them to anybody. Our roof was replaced by Peters Roofing and Gutters. Tony D'Ambrosio from Peters roofing was the only contractor who suggested that we put a Storm Damage claim with the insurance company and they will provide
all the documents to Insurance company and work with them.

Joey and his team went WAY above and beyond.
We had some major storm damage to our roof which was fixed expertly. The team saw some areas that were in need of repairs but it was not covered by my insurance. Joey wanted to make sure that my stresses were relieved and I had a solid roof. They did the repairs NO EXTRA CHARGE! Peters does great work. Another thing that impressed me was the clean up. Inevitably there is a lot of garbage throughout the tear off. At the end of the job Joey’s guy came with a dump trailer. He got everything picked up that I could see. As he was driving away he stops, gets out, and picks up the tiniest piece of paper off the ground that he must’ve have seen in his mirror. Litter drives me nuts and this really impressed me. I don’t like having contractors at my house but Peters roofing eased my anxieties every step of the way.

My husband and I worked with Tony D'Ambrosio who provided excellent services to us starting from the roof inspection to the actual roof repair. Tony was very informational when it came to what kind of damage he was looking for and how to go about placing a claim with our insurance for storm/wind damage. Tony was available at all times whenever I or my husband had questions during this process. Tony along with the other coworkers showed up on time the day the roof replacement, removed items that could have be damaged, and did a precise job on cleaning up when done! So, let me start this with I am a single mom, and when contractors see a single woman they see $$. I have been burned several times by contractors who took advantage of my ignorance. Joe Peters is the antithesis of that. From the moment he stepped foot in my house, he was honest and kind and patient. Buying a roof is a BIG deal, and the whole experience went flawlessly from start to finish. I got my neighbor to buy his roof from Joe as well, and bc of that, Joe re-shingled my shed roof at no charge. And both my roof and shed roof look amazing!!
So, I am shocked that other people had a negative experience, but my personal experience with Peters Roofing and Gutters was top - notch. I would highly recommend them.
Let me add as well, that the production manager, Tony, was outstanding. He was so kind and professional and courteous and he deserves to be lauded as well.

I would highly recommend Peters Roofing and gutters. Steve gave me a free inspection for hail damage and helped me with my insurance to get a new roof and gutters . Joe and his crew came to the house in less than a week and did the job in one day! My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased.
